  • In order to make the transfer successfully, your account must be verified and approved by i-payout..

  • If your Ibuumerang account is using a nick name or your middle name or a company name you must be aware that your ipayout will have the same information transferred to them. Ipayout will be asking you for your ID- drivers License, Passport, Government issued ID to verify your account. If it does not match you cannot fishes the process. Therefore please make sure you are creating your ibuumerang account with government issued ID or proof of your company information. 

  • Ipayout is like a bank. They will need to verify your ideniticationa for you to set up your account.

  • Your iapyout account is automatically triggered for set up as soon as you join as an ambassador. Iapyout will send you a link to set that up. Please follow the prompts. Also, please check your spam if you cannot find the ipayout link.

  • Please contact ibuumerang customer service if you did not get a link and we will make sure one is sent to you.

  • You can also contact ipayout directly to get another link sent to you. You will need to verify who you are with them for them to do so.

  • If funds are on hold and they cannot be transferred to the bank account, ambassadors need to contact Global eWallet.

  • Co-applicant cannot have their name on the debit card/credit card issued by Ipayout. They can have the account holder order another card with the account holder's name but that is up to the account holder to authorize that. If they have more questions regarding this, they will need to contact ipayout directly.

  • If you have a co-applicant on your account and you want order a debit card from ipayout it will be in the account holders name. Your co-applicant cannot order a card with their name on it. The owner of the account will have to order the card and give permission to the co-applicant to use it. The account holder will need to authorize and allow that. ibuumerang and ipayout are not responsible if you share your ipayout account information with your co-applicant.
