NEW SYSTEM UPDATE CHANGES
With the new platform update recently, there have also been changes regarding Subscription Date Changes.
If you require a subscription date change, you can do that yourself not through your back office.
Support will be more than happy to help, but it is now managed by the ambassador.
There are not 2 date options for subscriptions, the 5th or the 20th. You may choose one of these two dates.These are currently the only dates available.
Once you do make a change in your back office, the system only allows changes every 90 days. Therefore the date you choose will be locked in for 90 days.
If you require a date change regarding your subscription please note;
IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH AMBASSADOR TO CHECK THEIR STATUS THROUGHOUT THE MONTH. MAINTAINING ACTIVE STATUS IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY.
It is possible for ambassadors who move their subscription date to see a gap in active status. Any gap in active status may also cause loss of commissions, access to programs, promos and accessibility to the back office’s valuable tools at your disposal, provided to you through the payment of your monthly subscription.
So it is important that all ambassadors monitor their active status and take action to remedy any gaps immediately.
